Bio
I'm 21 22 23 and I have no idea what I want to be when I grow up.

Kohlberg-sociologist-studied society in relationship to the individuals. 3 levels, 6 phases

level one-adult authority phase
*phase one-we do what we do based on the authority of our parents/caregiver and the consequences.
*phase two-we do what we do based on our parents authority and our understanding of pleasure vs. pain of that authority.

level two-what is socially accepted
*phase three-we do what we do based on what a child and the adult perceives what is good according to what society thinks is good.
*phase four-we do what we do based on what the law and order of our society tells us to do.

level three-the individual determines what is right and wrong for themselves
*phase five-we do what we do based on what is right for us as an individual in relationship to society.
*phase six-we do what we do based on an universal belief (from within) that our individual concept of right and wrong goes above societies laws.
